About the studio
The slash in our name is the whole idea.
A / I — strategy and intelligence, judgment and systems. We built AIWizLabs because the two are usually sold separately, and that's exactly where AI projects tend to fail.
AI is a means, not a headline
We've watched plenty of AI initiatives generate excellent slide decks and no working software. Usually it's not a talent problem — it's a handoff problem: the people who scope the strategy aren't the people who build it, and something gets lost in between.
AIWizLabs exists to remove that seam. One team owns the question of whether AI is the right tool, and the question of how to build it well — so recommendations stay grounded in what's actually buildable, and what gets built stays true to the plan that was approved.
How we operate
Three things we hold ourselves to
Plain-spoken assessments
If AI isn't the right tool for what you're trying to do, we'll say so — and tell you what we'd do instead.
Built to be maintained
We hand off systems with documentation your own team can run, not a black box that only we understand.
Data-grounded, not hype-driven
Every recommendation is tied to your actual data and workflows — not a generic template for "what AI can do."
Who we work with
Growth companies and enterprise teams navigating AI transformation
Our clients typically have a specific process they suspect AI could improve — and want a partner who can validate that honestly, then build it, rather than a vendor who sells the same platform to everyone.
